Deuces Wild YMEYM Charity Bike & Car Wash

On June 11, 2010 MD State Trooper and community service leader Wesley Brown, was slain while working off duty in Forestville, MD. His Brother Sylvester Brown and Dueces Wild MC member vowed to keep his brother’s foundation active.

Trooper Brown founded the Young Men Enlightening Younger Men (YMEYM) to provide educational programs, leadership skills and community service opportunities for the future leaders of tomorrow within and beyond his community.

With school back in session for Prince Georges County, Dueces Wild MC, YMEYM and The Kitty Kat Club held a Bike & Car Wash charity drive at the Forestville Fire Department to help collect much needed school supplies for area youth. It is estimated that each parent will be spending approximately $95 per child on school supplies this year, so this charity drive was a huge help to the community.

The turnout was great with plenty of volunteers and kids washing the steady flow of motorcycles, cars and trucks. Monetary donations were also given in addition to school supplies. Music filled the air and the grill was smoking with food for all attendees, creating a refreshing vibe for everyone to come together for a common good.

The words quoted from the YMEYM foundation “As a community we must step up and WE MUST START NOW” embodied the vision and intentions from Trooper Brown and everyone involved in this event.
