2013 Timonium Motorcycle Show – The Big One

The 2013 Timonium Motorcycle Show aka “The Big One” once again lived up to its name, so much so the Fire Marshall had to close the doors for a period of time during the show’s record setting peak of 41k to allow time for the crowd to lessen in order to allow everyone within the ability to move smoothly and safely within.

During the 3-day weekend, the show kept patrons gazing at the array of custom sportbikes, baggers, choppers, drag bikes, vintage cycles and antiques of all makes and kinds as well as hosting one of the industry’s largest swap meets.

In addition to the cycles, the show also offered meet and greets with celebrities such as Emilio Rivera of the hit FX TV show Sons of Anarchy thanks in 131 Apparel’s photo and staging area. The lovely Michele Smith of the once oh-so popular TV show American Thunder was also in attendance and just as engaging as ever. Popular bike builders also attended displaying their award winning custom bikes including Vinny & Cody from the famed Orange Country Choopers. Hometown pro builder Mike Lewis of Severe Cycles brought out several of his jaw dropping show pieces creating standing room only as the audience couldn’t get enough of his team’s amazing work and craftsmanship.

Guests were also treated to the lovely sites of the International Bikini Team models vying for the grand prize trip to the Bahamas. As if this level of excitement wasn’t enough, show goers were also entertained by a variety of fun and “spirited” contest. Custom bikes, celebs, entertainment, and the alluring International Bikini Team models…fun for all, all in one show.
